There's a few lounges at Tbilisi airport with Priority Pass giving access to Prime Lounge. It's ok, there's food and drinks. Seating is a bit cramped inside and the location isn't the greatest.

In Departures

There’s a couple of lounges with Prime Class lounge currently a priority pass lounge. Good food options. Not bad for a smallish airport.
